Wish "they'd" make...

A slightly larger version of the E30 body style (both 2 and 4-door) updated a bit, in the vein of what Ford did with the Mustang and Bronco

But constructed as...

-Light-weight space-frame tube-chassis
-Plastic skinned
-3L inline six (I'll take the N52)
-6-sp manual
-Rear-drive
-Big brakes w/ABS
-sunroof

AND NO frickin' TV screens anywhere, just good ole analog gauges.

A manual transmission can be set to "comfort", "sport", and "track" modes simply by the technique and speed at which you shift it; it doesn't need "modes", modes are for manumatics that try to behave like a real 3-pedal manual transmission. If you can money-shift it, it's a manual transmission. "Yeah, but NO ONE puts an automatic trans shift knob on a manual transmission."
