The answer to your question is YES, BMW Canada honours U.S. OEM warranty..
That said, make sure you understand the entire process and all the fees and documentation you'll need.. :iono:
Also check out the used vehicle you're buying to make sure it wasn't smucked up or water logged...:wink:
