Exactly. If that is what BMW is doing, I am all for it. I had to order my last BMW because I couldn't find anything on the lots that met my desires. With this model, I will more likely be able to find cars with features I want. Paying once for it is what we all do when we buy a car; this is just another way to do that. |
A hypothetical.
You're out of warranty and decide to subscribe for heated seats. The feature is turned on and the seats don't heat correctly. Should that be a warranty item?
Here's another thing to keep in mind. Lease rates are related to value on the used market. The lower the value used the more expensive the vehicle is to lease new.
