Not only that, he needs a COE (Certificate of Entitlement) for each of them. It's a quota licence to own a vehicle and it would cost anywhere from $40-100k SGD.
Currently, a 2021 M3 Comp including COE costs $460,000 SGD ($344,000 USD).
