I have for sale my 2004 E46 M3 Coupe. Jet Black on Black with only 90k Miles. Title in hand.
Car runs and drives great and has a really good foundation. There are some cosmetic things that will need to be touched on. (Some paint work/needs new tint/stuff you would expect a 90k mile car to need). But not to worry cause everything mechanical is in great shape and a ton of it is new.

New Rod Bearings
Lightweight Clutch Pressure Plate and Flywheel
Engine Valve Adjustment Completed
Vanos Maintained (new filter and seals)
18" E92 Wheels
New Lower Control Arms
Upgraded Diff Bushings
New Transmission Mounts
Brand New Shifter Rebuild Kit Installed
(I'm sure there is more I'm forgetting right now).
Rear sub-frame is in good shape right now, I might do the reinforcement before selling (have the kit) though depending on what the buyer wants.
