For $25k I'd expect a 6MT coupe and around the 125-150k mileage with at least 2/3 addressed. Although LCI (03.5+) is going to fetch a little bit of a premium, but probably worth it. If you do some research you'll find there was more changes than just the LED tail lights. Here's a list of things that I'm aware of:

1.) MK60 ABS brake module (better traction control)
2.) Upgraded "HP" DME that is required for CSL intake
3.) LED tail lights
4.) Longer trunk release handle
5.) Fog light lenses are slightly different

Aside from that, if you're looking for a competition pack car (not worth the premium in my opinion), I think you'll need to increase the budget even a bit more. Good luck with the search!

Edit: This doesn't take into account "rare" specs. Obviously something like a slicktop or imola/cinnamon interior will fetch even higher numbers
