As long it’s produced, it’ll sell. They have been very aggressive with their Ev line so I expect they will continue selling more than enough EVs to offset.

They can theoretically make a lot more M3's than they do now. The whole reason why you are waiting on allocations currently is due to the CAFE standards. Dealers are already getting less allocations this year than they did last year (according to my dealer) They aren't currently selling enough EV's. There is certainly risk that the EV sales won't be high enough to completely offset and the increase in fleet MPG is significant over the next 3 years. The EV market is also slowing down, so I wouldn't count on it. The danger is that the allocations become so rare than you end up paying over MSRP.
