Yes Ferrari needs a TP that will bring the team together with Sainz onboard and work towards 2022 car. Leclerc's crash is his mistake but it's part of a bigger problem. He was eager to make positions because of the terrible qualifying and in some way you can argue that he felt immune to overtaking his teammate in a dangerous way. Kimi would've never made that move on Vettel and Vettel would've never done that move on Leclerc. And Leclerc and the team know that Vettel will not yield any positions this season so he needs to be aggressive to pass him.
Management of the drivers and car development is terrible and they are both controlled by Binotto.
