toyota hybrid philosophy is different with the trucks. the hybrid is the power up motor, not for more mpg (get a prius) but for more power. they focus more on qdr and the battery packs are meant to be cheaper and ez replace down the line. they may be less efficient (its a truck/work vs passenger) but 10x more durable, it be nice if they adopted 8hp
