I hated them when I looked for my M3. They grabbed like two right underneath me. Seriously, I found a car, start talking to the seller to arrange pickup etc., then got a notice that some company called Enthusiast something sent him a deposit and paid the asking price and came to pickup the car. A couple of weeks later it was on their website for many thousands more, sometimes 10-15k more.
Yes, they do have the best enthusiast inventory and the most expensive too.

Hahaha that sounds terrible. I was actually looking at a few of their e46s, but like you said, much higher than the normal seller market. But as someone who is not mechanically inclined and want something to be slightly restored, EAG really does provide that service and can't be beat!
Just depends if someone wants to do the hunt with the requisite knowledge or someone that wants a more turned key approach, buying something that is fully vetted.
