I agree you can get same, if not better, performance, sound, amenities, etc a much cheaper price/similar price, but I don't think you can replicate the engineering, attention to detail and the emotion that went into building the LFA by Toyota.

That's like telling an M2CS buyer to just mod a regular m2 or telling someone it's not worth it to spend over a $100k for an E30 m3. I don't think that argument would fly bc you are paying a premium for "specialness" of the car. I don't think an M2CS is worth it, probably bc I don't view it as such a special car, but I do think the LFA is special. It's subjective to a large extent.

Some cars just resonate with some people, others don't. If I had the option of a Ferrari, Lambo, Mclaren, or an LFA, I'd get the Lexus.
