I remember when it first came out thinking it was clearly a run at the 911. I am a huge Porsche fan but I do lust after the MB. I think they look a bit like a 911 on steroids (coupe) and I love that they are a lot less common than the 911. MB has serious depreciation issues which is a bit of a concern, but on the other hand you might pick up a great used example for a decent price. Decisions.
