selling my 2005 E46 M3 ZCP slicktop (sunroof delete) interlagos blue with M-textile alcantara interior, no nav, manual seats (real stripper) 52,000 miles, currently being swapped to 6mt at Eurompire , i have already spent over $11k fixing some small flaws it had before and the transmission swap, repaired and resprayed both bumpers that had a lot of rock chips, scratches and paint discoloration, replace interior headliner and pillars, new oem zcp steering wheel , new rear view mirror, new floor mats, replaced front grilles, side gills and exhaust tips with chrome ones, installed oem csl trunk (still have the stock one and will be given to buyer), repaired curve rashes on all 4 zcp wheels, recently applied ceramic coating, after this week inspection, although subframe doesnt show any cracks, the technician at Eurompire recommended to install subframe reinforcement due to a pulled weld, also doing a brake fluid flush, replacement of both vanos gaskets, valve adjustament, valve cover gasket replacement, constant pressure valve leakage repaired, all these repairs being done this week, i am the 4th owner, clean title on hand and clear carfax, price is $42k and includes stock trunk + original smg removed during the swap to 6mt
