Needs about +3EV. You had plenty of shutter speed to go down to 1/100-sec. Of course, that points out the problem of the 400/5.6, no IS. The added exposure would have reduced noise considerably.
Still, that's pretty amazing when you consider that it must have been totally black when you to the picture.
