Well, I've done boxing, muay thai, karate, tae kwon do, aikido, and brazilian jiu jitsu.
I miss BJJ the most as anyone that has rolled can attest. Lately my body hasn't been doing what I want it to do and its very discouraging. I'm at that age where I think I'm still young, but my body quickly checks me the next day. Very frustrating and depressing to be honest.
