The GT line comes with 19s and the 330i has 18s, by the way.
Very fair comparison. The Turanza is a much worse tire. They did tire/traction tests, not handling tests... Put the widest summer tires that will fit on each and get lap times. I have no doubt which car will win. That said, the K5 has a big advantage in weight. Curb weight of the GT is 3,228 lbs compared to the 330i's 3,582. So I can believe the acceleration claims. Although you can easily plug in a JB+ and code in Sport+ which would change things for less than $300 (:

If I see a K5 GT on the road, I'll ask the driver for a race
