Don't know much about the E46 but have had a F82 for the last 11 months. It is unreal and is by far my favorite vehicle up to this point. You should make the switch. Mine is Yas Marina and think it is the best color. Anyhow long and short am thinking about parting with it soon. PM me if you are interested. 80k msrp and loaded. Right at 8k miles now.
