Yeah your not kidding about E36 M3 prices. They really are all over the place. Yours, at least from the pictures looks to be one of the cleaner ones around. Unfortunately I'm looking to spend 15-20k on one but GLWS as this is a gem. The E36 M3's values are finally going up which is part of the reason I want to pick one up. An ideal one for me would be one that needs some maintenance and a good detail so I can enjoy it for a few months and then resell it. It's a method I use to get to try out cars that I have always wanted to own and at worst I end up breaking even or make a few grand once I resell them. I'm pretty sure you will be able to get close to 25k if you are willing to wait for the right buyer. Again good luck with the sale.
