What would you assume if you speak with someone for a week, get a loan from the bank for their car, inform them that you're ready with the funds, ask for some additional documentation, they tell you they will get it to you in the morning and then they disappear?
And then you see a month later they are reducing the price of the car and still trying to sell it?
