Everyone in here knows how this is going to go.

We'll hate on it for the entire time leading up to production, at which point about 70% of the haters will say it looks better in person, and the allocation waitlist shall begin in earnest.

Yes, it's ugly, but it will sell.

It won't be a volume car like an X5, but it's got enough of a slap-your-eyeballs factor to get the "nouveau riche" crowd to get off the Urus waitlist and join this one, especially if the performance is at Urus levels (already there for the X5/6M so this is not hard).

I have to imagine pricing will be lofty, maybe 160K++. I'm not sure the BMW roundel has that kind of clout, and most luxury makers already know the 150k-200k segment is tough, especially with Porsche running it, and the supercar makers being just a bit of a budget stretch ahead (Aston/Lambo/Bentley).
