It also goes by where you live. In Louisiana attorneys are allowed to advertise on the air about car accidents, etc., this raises the premiums for Louisiana drivers significantly for that reason alone...  My rates doubled moving to this state. |
I am with State farm and also have homeowners through them for extra discount. All of my policies are 250/500 and I have a 500 deductible on the X3, 1,000 deductible on the rest as they are paid off.

Yes, but I doubt Des Moines is much different than most places in northern Canada population wise. It will be more in a higher populated city, but shouldn't be 4x as much.
