I purchased it February 2014. It was a FL car. Never driven in salted winter roads. No accidents, water damage, etc.
Fair condition - Exterior/interior showing signs of its age.
All stock except an ECS Blackout Kidney Grille
Convertible top is in great condition (previous owner reupholstered it)
Driver's seat was re-leathered by previous owner - Still some scuffs
Routinely serviced by an Indy shop near me.
Things addressed last few years:
New starter, battery, fuel pump, fuel pump relay, front turn signals, driver & passenger airbags (recalls), refurbished rear differential, fuel filter, horns, rear trailing arm bushings.
Valves adjusted by a forum member ~15K miles ago.
Some issues:
Convertible top not opening (red blinking lights, most likely wiring issue, not the pump)
Horn is not working (new horns put in but still not working so wiring issue probably)
Car dies when fuel gauge is below ~1/8 mark
May need to crank 2 - 3 time for the car start when the car has been sat for a while
Radio reception is so so.
There are no leaks or warning lights. Probably coming up on replacement for brake rotors/pads.
Tires prob have 10K - 20K miles left:
Front tires (225/40R-19 BRIDGESTONE POTENZA S-04 POLE POSITION XL)
Rear tires (255/35R-19 BRIDGESTONE POTENZA S-04 POLE POSITION XL)
Mechanically sound. It drives like an M3 should.
