BMW Tyre and Rim Policy

Did you guys know that BMW have a Rim and tyre policy? So if you get a nail or damage the tyre you can claim and have it replaced at no charge. It is an insurance policy so it does cost for this policy, also it does allow for if you want to change from Run flats to normal tyres.

"This Tyre and Rim Insurance policy is designed to
provide cover if your motor vehicle or motorcycle’s tyres
are punctured, suffer a blowout, or are damaged by
various road hazards such as roadside kerbs, potholes
and road debris. It also provides cover for damage to
wheel rims as a result of the same hazards."

I have a copy of the policy is anyone wants it email me and i'll reply with it as an attachment, otherwise ask your BMW dealer about it.

I'd see the benefit in having this, maybe new buyers should negotiate to have this included in the purchase price when negotiating to buy a new car?
