Hi all, been a lurker here for a while as I am looking into pulling the trigger on a E46 M3 soon. I have yet to find a clear answer about this but I found an E46 that has Active Autowerke catless headers but stock section 1 and 2. The car will be registered in the Phoenix metropolitan area and I was wondering if I would have any trouble registering the car here. The owner does not have the stock exhaust at all.
