On paper they give off the false impression that they're underpowered, heavy and expensive.

But driving these V8 NA cars is a phenomenal experience and a car like this will be coveted in the next few years. It will absolutely be a classic, even more so after electrification becomes mainstream. Something like an m8 will fall by the wayside, but not this.

This is a great car and I really respect Lexus for bucking the trend of forced induction and just doing their own thing. I was hoping for an LC-F but that's prob not happening now.

Here's a great vid if anyone's interested and I for one will buy an LC500 at some point. I'm glad production will run for a few more years and the minor tweaks being done to the car each year is a excellent strategy by Lexus and I'm hoping the final year will be the one to pick up.

Admittedly I'm a Lexus F fan. I own a GSF and my first car was a 2002 manual IS300 but I get how it's not for everyone.
I drove the GS-F when it came out and loved it. At the time the F10 M5 was available and faster, but it lacked the communication, character, and sound of the GS-F. I haven't experienced an RC-F but I think the V8 really fits the character of the GS and LC as they are luxury cruisers that can take a corner. Not to mentioned the seats and materials were excellent, they just need a new infotainment system.

Also those original IS300 with an I6 and 6MT are awesome! Incredibly hard to find these days. From what I hear a lot of people will buy those older I6 Lexus' mainly to use parts in the Supra so a lot have either been modded or destroyed. A clean one is like a needle in a haystack these days.
